Mwenda
K. Makathimo
M.A. (Valuation and Property Management),
B.A. (Land Economics).
Managing Director, responsible
for the overall management of the company.Mwenda holds a Masters
Degree in valuation and property management in addition to
B.A. (Land Economics) Hons.He is a full member of the Institution
of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK), and is currently serving as
its chairman. He is also a member of the International Facilities
Management Association (IFMA) African Real Estate Society
(AFRES) besides being a Registered Practising Estate Agent.
Makathimo is both a Registered and Practising Valuer.
Mr. Makathimo is a trained
and widely experienced Land Economist, Valuer and Administrator.
He has over 10 years experience in issues relating to assets
and property valuation, land policy, land management and administration,
investments appraisal and facilities management. He has served
as a member of the Nairobi City Valuation Court and has been
a Valuation and Property Management Examiner with the Institution
of Surveyors of Kenya. He also served the institution as Hon.
Treasurer.

DIRECTOR, responsible for Marketing,
Estate Agency Services and Property Management. David has
been involved in the hotel industry both in the UK and locally
having worked with Trust House Forte Hotels Group in London,
Lonrho Hotels and African Tours & Hotels in senior management
positions for over 10 years. He is responsible for Marketing,
estate agency and property management and ensures that uncompromising
integrity and high standards of the company’s portfolio are
achieved and sustained.
In addition to the above experience,
he has over 8 years experience in the real estate industry.
He is a Registered and Practising Estate Agent, an associate
member of the Kenya Institute of Management (AMKIM), the Marketing
Society of Kenya (AMSK) and a full member of International
Facility Management Association (IFMA).
GODFREY L. MUTUMA
A Full Member, Institution of Surveyors of Kenya
(ISK) and a graduate of the University of Nairobi
in B.A. (Honours) Land Economics.
DIRECTOR responsible for Valuation and Property Management.
Godfrey is a land economist with over 10 years experience in issues relating to site acquisitions for development projects, maintenance management, land administration, project management, land and property taxation, property valuation and investment appraisals, property management and estate agency. He has worked with the Methodist Church in Kenya as an Estates Manager, Ministry of Lands & Housing as a Building Surveyor and the City Council of Nairobi as a Senior Valuer amongst other work assignments.
Godfrey is a full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and an examiner at the institution.
He is a registered and practising valuer and is the current Chairman of Valuation and Estate Management Surveyors, a chapter of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
PROF. WASHINGTON H.A.
OLIMA, PhD. (Spatial Planning), M.A (Housing Administration),
B.A. (Land Economics).
Consultant, responsible for
Valuation and Property Appraisals, Property Management and
Consultancy Services.
Prof. Olima, who for many years,
worked as a senior lecturer and Chairman of the Department
of Land Development, University of Nairobi-Kenya is a trained
and widely experienced land economist, researcher, consultant
and valuer. He has wide experience in issues relating to land
policy, land tenure, land management and administration, property
valuation and appraisal, housing and urban economic studies
and urban land use planning. He is a Full Member of the Institution
of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK) and The African Real Estate Society
(AFRES) besides being a Registered Practising Estate Agent.
Prof. Olima is both a Registered and Practising Valuer.

training on PRA and carried out Participatory Rural Appraisal
in selected 10 villages in Lamu District. December 1998 and
January 1999, Kenya Government and IFAD.
- Carried
out an evaluation of the 3rd Nairobi Water Supply
Project: Environmental Action Programme Final Appraisal between
August 1998 and November 1998.
- Carried
out a Study on Innovative Strategies towards Reforming Urban
Land Ownership Systems in Kenya, World Bank Project under
McNamara Fellowship’s Program.
- Participated
in the Construction Wood Markets Project, sponsored by European
Union between 1997 and 1999.
